By checking the box and submitting your application on the Summer Camps page, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms:

📅 Attendance & Participation

  • Students must attend all scheduled classes on time.

  • Active participation, respectful communication, and collaboration are essential.

  • Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program.

💻 Equipment Requirements

  • Students must bring a functioning laptop capable of running Blender.

  • A 3-button mouse (2 buttons + scroll wheel) is required.

  • We are happy to assist with software installation and checking system compatibility.

  • Students are responsible for their own equipment and accessories.

🎨 Content Ownership & Usage Rights

  • All original student work remains the intellectual property of the student.

  • Synapse School may showcase student projects on its website and marketing platforms with proper credit given.

💳 Payments & Refunds

  • To reserve your spot, tuition must be paid in full or at least for one week in advance.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after the program begins, regardless of attendance.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Code of Conduct

  • Bullying, harassment, or any form of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Violation of the code may lead to immediate dismissal without a refund.

  • Students are expected to maintain a supportive, creative, and inclusive environment.

🛡️ Safety & Supervision

  • All classes are supervised by trained instructors during scheduled hours.

  • Synapse School does not provide transportation. Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up arrangements.

  • All communication from the school will be sent via email. Please ensure your contact info is up to date.

  • By enrolling, you grant permission for your child's image to be used in group photos or videos, unless you request otherwise in writing.
